Extending Your Student ID Card Validity

What is the Student ID Card extension?

Your Woolf Student ID Card has an expiration date. If your card is expiring and you are still actively enrolled in a Woolf program, you can extend its validity by 3 months directly from your dashboard, without contacting your college or Woolf.

Who can extend their Student ID Card?

You must be currently active in a Woolf program to request an extension. If your enrollment has ended or your program is complete, you will not be eligible.

How do I extend my card?

  1. Log in to your student portal at ams.woolf.university/documents

  2. Go to Documents & ID

  3. Click "Request ID Card extension"

  4. Review the confirmation - it will show your current expiration date and the new expiration date (3 months from current)

  5. Click "Proceed & Pay" and complete the payment

No forms, no emails, no waiting on anyone.

How long is the extension?

Each extension adds 3 months to your current expiration date.

Do I need to contact my college or Woolf to get this done?

No. This is entirely self-service. You do not need to reach out to your college or anyone at Woolf - just follow the steps above in your student portal.

I don't see the "Request ID Card extension" option. Why?

If this option isn't visible to you, it likely means your college has a college-level agreement that includes automatic extensions. In that case, your card validity is managed automatically, you don't need to do anything or pay separately.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can pay with:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

  • Stripe Link (for saved payment details)

Will I get a confirmation after extending?

Yes. Once payment is complete, your new expiration date will be reflected on your Student ID Card in the portal.
