Accessing the Woolf Library & External Resources
The Woolf Library (woolf.university/library) is a curated directory designed to connect students with high-quality, open-source academic publications, databases, and freely available educational content.
No Institutional Login Required
Woolf does not provide institutional logins, SSO (Single Sign-On), or paid membership subscriptions for external platforms (such as Perlego, VideoLectures.net, or ResearchGate).
Because the Woolf Library is a directory of open-access materials, you do not need a @woolf.university email address or special credentials to explore it. You can freely browse and access the public content linked in our directory using your standard web browser.
Encountering Paywalls or Login Screens
If you click a link in our directory and are asked to log in or pay for a subscription on a third-party website, please note:
Personal Accounts: You may need to create your own free, personal account directly on that specific platform to view their content.
Premium Content: If a specific article, book, or video is behind a paywall, it is not provided by Woolf. Any premium subscriptions or purchases are at the discretion and expense of the individual student.
Reporting Broken Links
Since we regularly curate external resources, links can sometimes change or be removed by the host website. If you find a broken link in the Woolf Library directory (e.g., it leads to a 404 Error page), please let us know!
Submit a Support Ticket with the subject line Broken Library Link and include the exact URL of the page where the broken link is located so our team can update the directory.
