How to Request Transcripts and Apostilles
As a Woolf student, you have access to official records of your academic progress. Depending on what you need them for, you can request either a standard Transcript or a legalized Apostille.
1. Academic Transcripts
An academic transcript is the official record of the courses you have taken and the grades and ECTS credits you have earned. Woolf issues transcripts securely in a verifiable digital format.
Interim Transcripts: If you are currently enrolled and need a record of your progress so far (for an employer or another institution), you can request an Interim Transcript.
Final Transcripts: Upon graduation, your Final Transcript will be issued automatically alongside your digital diploma.

2. Apostilles (Legalization for International Use)
What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a specialized legal certificate that authenticates the signature and seal of your public document (like a diploma) for use in another country.
While your digital Woolf degree is globally verifiable and accepted by most private employers, you may need an Apostille if you are:
Applying for a work or student visa in a foreign country.
Submitting your degree to a government agency or immigration authority.

Our team will contact you for confirmation and handle the rest of the process—which includes printing the physical document, securing notary certification, and obtaining the official government seal before shipping it to your door via international courier.
Timeline (Important)
Please note that while ordering is instant, the Apostille process relies heavily on external government offices and legal entities. It is not immediate. Please expect the process to take several weeks to complete before the physical document is shipped to your home address.
