Do I need this letter? You do not need this letter for your day-to-day studies at Woolf. You should only request this document if a third party has explicitly asked you to prove your student status. Common use cases include:

Opening a student bank account or applying for local administrative services
Note: Please check with your requesting organization first. Many digital platforms will accept a simple screenshot of your student dashboard, meaning you may not need to order a formally executed letter.
2. Custom Letters for Embassies or Specific Employers
If a government agency, embassy, or employer requires a specific format, physical signature, or additional academic details not included in the standard letter, you can request a Custom Letter.
When is a Custom Letter required? You should only order a Custom Letter if the standard Official Enrollment Letter does not meet the strict requirements of your requesting organization. Common scenarios include specific embassy formats, scholarship sponsorships, or detailed academic progress breakdowns.

3. Student Visas and Immigration (Important)
Because Woolf operates as a modern, globally accessible institution, our degree programs are designed for distance and online learning.
No Visa Sponsorship: Because our students are not required to physically relocate to a campus to attend classes, Woolf does not sponsor student visas or issue international student immigration documents (such as US I-20 forms or UK CAS numbers).
EU/Schengen Residency: Enrollment in a Woolf program does not grant eligibility for a European student visa or an EU residency permit.
If you are applying for a standard tourist, work, or digital nomad visa and simply need to prove your current educational status to the immigration officer, you can order and use the standard Enrollment Verification Letter.
