How to Change Your Email Address
Enrolled via Udacity
If you enrolled in your programme through Udacity, your Woolf account email is automatically synced from your Udacity account. To change it:
- Log in to your Udacity account.
- Go to your account settings and update your email address there.
- The change will sync to your Woolf student record automatically.
You do not need to contact Woolf support for this — the update is handled entirely on the Udacity side.
Enrolled via Another College or Institution
If you enrolled through a partner college or institution, your email address is managed by that institution. Students cannot change their own email address directly.
To request an email change:
- Contact your college or institution's administrator.
- Ask them to submit an email update request to Woolf on your behalf.
- Once the college admin raises the request, Woolf's support team will process the change.
Email changes cannot be processed based on direct student requests alone — the request must come from your institution.
Lost Access to Your Original Email Address
If you no longer have access to the email address registered on your Woolf account, please contact Woolf Support directly. To verify your identity, you may be asked to provide:
- Your full name and student ID
- Proof of enrolment or other identifying information
