Getting Started

How do I get invited?

Invited Woolf students can download StudyTrack for macOS or Windows and sign into the app with their Woolf account. Then just start learning — the app handles everything else. Your official academic record will update as you earn credits.

Do I need to already be a student?

Yes — StudyTrack is currently available to enrolled Woolf students. If you're not yet enrolled but would like early access, email us at studytrack@woolf.education.

What degree programs are supported?

StudyTrack currently supports students enrolled in or applying to any of Woolf's master's degrees in technology or business, including the MS in AI, MBA, and MS in CS. Learning evidence is matched to the program's Intended Learning Outcomes at EQF Level 7.

Does it work on Windows and Macs?

Yes. StudyTrack runs on both macOS and Windows. The app uses platform-native integrations on each OS — including system tray icons, accessibility APIs, and screen capture for key learning photos — the same tracking experience on both platforms.

What are the system requirements?

macOS: macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later.
Windows: Windows 10 or later.

The app requires a stable internet connection for syncing daily summaries and credit reports, though tracking itself works offline and uploads when connectivity is restored.
